Jeffery Joe Nord, 26, and Mickey Allan O’Leary Jr., 25, were both arrested at 11545 90th St. Ottumwa. “They (Sheriff’s Department) were called out to an altercation at that address; between Nord and O’Leary Jr.,” said interim Sheriff, Don Phillips.
