Getting a chance to do a degree in Journalism at the Technical University of Kenya (TU-K), he got exposed to print media and that's where his skills were sharpened. He is a trained journalist holding a Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and a number of certificates in the same field including a certificate in Digital Journalism from Reuters Meta Program.   • Huduma Centres to be put up in all constituencies - PS

Gathecha said this will take services closer to the people, adding that the government intends to increase services offered through the centres. The PS said that currently, there are 52 Huduma Centres in the country and they intend to increase the number to 340.
