After founding Vodafone’s social media and realizing a 4-million fan base on Facebook, the 30-year-old Egyptian entrepreneur left his corporate job to start a digital news website that fulfills his passion for journalism and publishing. Ahmed Maher left Vodafone Egypt in 2014 after 9 years of corporate career experience, during which he mastered the nuts and bolts of social media and digital marketing. Started Digital Boom in 2013 hoping it would become a hub for Egyptian and regional marketers. Currently, supervises and allocates the work to editors, authors, and reporters write articles and produce content across multimedia platforms, mastering several tools including, Final Cut Pro X, Motion5, Photoshop, CSS, HTML, WordPress CMS, and Adobe Dream Weaver.
