The letter says quote “Under the Office of Institutional Equity rules, we are prohibited from participating in the hearing scheduled for October 5th and 6th because Mr. Tucker is not available due to a serious medical condition.”The 106 page document also outlines quote “new evidence that undermines MSU’s decision to terminate Mr. Tucker” - end quote.
