What this study adds ○ CBT-CP is provided to less than 40% of patients with chronic pain seen by CBT-CP trained therapists. ○ Patients seen in specialty pain clinics are more likely to receive CBT-CP. ○ Therapists play an important part in whether a patient gets CBT-CP or not.
