Alexander Ayertey Odonkor is a global economist, business strategist and Ghana's leading China Expert. In April 2024 Alexander Ayertey Odonkor became the first and only Ghanaian economist to be invited to write commentaries on China's socio-economic development for China's Diplomacy in the New Era, the official website of China's President Xi Jinping. Prior to the invitation, Alexander Ayertey Odonkor had single-handedly authored more than one hundred and twenty (120) publications for China's biggest media organizations, covering all the key sectors and emerging industries of the Chinese economy, by far the highest for a Ghanaian and the entire African continent. Alexander Ayertey Odonkor is also the first and only Ghanaian economist to be quoted at the front page of several global editions by China Daily, China's biggest English-language newspaper. So far, Alexander Ayertey Odonkor has authored more than four hundred (400) publications including books, journal articles and commentaries. Alexander regularly appears in many widely read national and international newspapers and business magazines in over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
