She is the founder of RoyalTee Enterprises LLC., where she currently holds the positions of publisher and editor-in-chief of RoyalTee Magazine. Through these platforms, she spotlights and celebrates trailblazing young minority men and women who are shaping the culture through their professional, social, entertainment, and philanthropic endeavors. Furthermore, she leverages her influence to promote unity and sisterhood among women at Florida A&M University, her alma mater, through her HBCU blog, Rattler Girls Rock. In addition to her accomplishments, Ms. McKay serves as an editorial assistant for the Florida Courier, the sole statewide Black-owned newspaper in Florida. She has also established herself as a respected media partner for Disney and Disney Parks, while occasionally freelancing for prominent lifestyle publications. Residing in Tampa, Florida, Ms. McKay remains deeply committed to her community. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the National Association of Black Journalists. She is the current chapter president of the Tampa Bay Association of Black Journalists.
