Ricardo Vitela-Perez is smiling thanks to his new set of wheels. He has cerebral palsy and spent most of his life in a manual wheelchair. MERN gave him an upgrade, and his power chair cost him a $10 deposit. “It’s a huge blessing,” Rose Perez, Ricardo’s mom, said.
