Mark Vogel, 63, was sentenced for an incident that happened on January 18, 2023, when police responded to BMO Harris Bank on Military Avenue in Green Bay for a report of a robbery. According to the criminal complaint, a bank teller told police a man walked up to the counter and demanded money.
