  • Arizona Highway Patrol State Trooper injured on Interstate 10

    By Alicia Venter Verified| West Valley View Verified An Arizona Highway Patrol State Trooper was hospitalized on April 2 when he was struck by a Dodge Ram driving “at a significant speed” while in his parked vehicle on the shoulder of Interstate 10 in Buckeye. The trooper, whose name has not been released, was transported to the hospital on April 2 for possible head injuries and was released the following day for recuperation at home. The driver of the truck has been identified as Andrii Mykhailivk of Brooklyn, New York.
