Belmar firefighters and members of the Monmouth County Fire Marshals Office were at the scene Sunday morning, where firefighters continued to wet down hotspots from the morning blaze. Belmar Fire Chief Sean Pringle said the fire started on the porch of the home at 306 13th Avenue. "Upon our arrival, the house at 306 was fully involved," he said.
