(WMBB) – It’s another beautiful day across the area with temperatures starting out in the 40s and 50s this morning with clear skies that will stay clear all day long. Gulf water temperatures have cooled slightly, now ranging from the upper 60s nearshore to about 70–71° offshore—unseasonably chilly for this time of year due to a mild spring. So far, we’ve only had one truly hot week this spring season.

(WMBB) – Thanks to yesterday’s cold front transitioning winds from the north we started off our Wednesday morning slightly below normal with temperatures in the 40s and low 50s. By 8 AM, temperatures will rise to around 60°F, reaching the mid-70s by 2 PM under abundant sunshine and light winds.
