Andrew Dapolite joined the Review in February 2015 as a staff photographer and contributing writer. He recently received a third place award from the New York Press Association in the spot news photo category for capturing ex-Rye Golf Club Manager Scott Yandrasevich’s final walk into court before being sentenced to a year in state prison. Dapolite is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta where he studied Mass Communications, with a concentration in media production and a minor in Documentary Studies. After graduating, Dapolite served as editor for the documentary film, “Language of the Unheard” which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in France, while receiving accolades from 11 other film festivals around the world.
