(WFFT) -- A teen is severely injured after his crashed car was hit by a semi on a slick and snowy Indiana Toll Road Friday night. Indiana State Police say a 19-year-old from Frankfort, Ill. was driving a black, Ford SUV east on the toll road around 7 p.m., when it spun out and crashed about two miles east of the Elkhart exit, blocking the eastbound lanes.
