Throughout her career, Dansby has served as managing editor of many publications, including consumer and trade magazines as well as two cookbooks. She has also written numerous articles on lifestyle topics, such as travel, culture, food and art, for media like BBC.com and the Toronto Star. Dansby was European features correspondent for ART + DESIGN magazine and now is a regular contributor to The Brussels Times Magazine. She has received several awards for her writing, most recently, first place in the 2022 M.F.K.
