    By Anna Armstrong| The Press Democrat Verified The forklift operator killed at Alexander Valley Cellars in Windsor April 3 has been identified by authorities, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office. Miguel DeJesus Hernandez, 40, of Santa Rosa was working on a pallet in the wine storage facility’s warehouse when he became trapped, Windsor Police Sgt. Jason Little said at the time. Hernandez was wedged between two pallets when another pallet, weighing around 3,000 pounds, fell on him and killed him, according to Little.
