Crystal Adams says she and her two sons were shopping in the store when her sons asked to use the restroom. Adams said she was “sure to stay nearby,” and her sons “used the buddy system like usual.” Moments later, Adams said her 11-year-old son ran out of the bathroom behind an older man.
