Marcus Gray II said an officer was driving by a barbershop at Belmont and Van Ness Avenue when was flagged about a victim of a shooting. Officers also received a ShotSpotter activation, confirming a shooting in the area. Officers made contact with the three shooting victims near the barbershop, who were taken to a local hospital. Gray said one victim remains in surgery while another is in stable condition.
