Crews with Left Beaver Fire Rescue said a dog went into a drain pipe and was not able to make his way back out. The incident concerned a potential kayaker in distress near Kentucky 7 in the Viper area. Police said a blue kayak was pinned against a log about one-tenth of a mile from their location.
