Nelson said she found the experience a little scary because the elevators in the building were slow. As a wheelchair user, she couldn’t take the stairs. When the doors opened to the floor below, she discovered she had taken the wrong one. There was a different elevator designed to take her and other wheelchair users to the right part of the basement.
