Ehab Attisha has applied to Cheshire East Council for permission to convert the property at 3 Audley Road, into a 10-bed house in multiple occupation and make external changes to existing windows. At the time of writing 15 residents have emailed the council to object.

Henderson Homes wants to build the properties on a 0.46 hectare parcel of land adjacent to Jenny Heyes, a large detached house. In March of last year, Cheshire East’s northern planning committee voted by seven to four to grant ‘permission in principle’ (PIP) for nine affordable homes on the site.
