In May 2023, Judge Mary G. Carney issued a ruling under Family Court Act Article 6 that prohibited a father from “exercising his visitation with the children at his residence,” according to a recent decision from the Appellate Court of state Supreme Court, Fourth Department. The father appealed and the Fourth Department unanimously vacated Carney’s ruling.
