I'm a writer, a parent and an advocate. I cover the intersection of parenting, teens, technology and mental health. As the parent of the first generation of "digital natives," I've watched technology unfold - from the introduction of the iPhone and iPad when my kids were preschool aged, to the influence of social media on teens today.
