But some of the things planned did not get accomplished in this year's session. The 60-day session started in February and wrapped up Sunday at midnight with more than 2,000 bills being proposed.

The fee will increase the inspection fee cost for new hot water tanks being installed in a building. The change for residential property owners will be an increase to $35 and $50 for a commercial property.
