For home, you can just half everything. 8 to 10 servings1 pound turkey or chicken sausage, cooked and crumbled1 bag hash browns, thawed10 large eggs1 ½ c milk1 c shredded cheddar cheese½ t salt½ t pepper½ t garlic powder½ t dried oregano½ c diced green peppers½ c chopped onion¼ c fresh parsley¼ t onion powderPre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13 dish. Cook meat. Remove and drain. Saute the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes until soft.

It is such an easy one. 2 squares (2 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate½ c butter (1 stick)1 c sugar2 eggs, beaten1 – 9” unbaked pie crustPre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove the pan from stove. Add sugar, then the eggs. Beat well. Pour the filling in pie crust and bake 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped cream.
