The NT isn’t alone in getting a good drenching this summer, with Cyclone Alfred taking a slow stroll down the east coast and a large, slow-moving tropical system flooding much of the centre and inland parts north and east. One thing that marks a local up here is the welcome given to a good dose of rain.
