TODAY: Cloudy though some sunshine breaking through later on will be likely. Highs only warming to the 60s, with low 70s near the state line. East to southeast wind 10-18 mph for a steady breeze.

Temperatures will range with 60s north to 80s south, Lubbock near 72. As we get into the daytime heating 3-5PM storms are expected to develop near the front. Movement of these storms will be west to east.
