(7News) — A federal judge in Maryland moved forward with a scheduled hearing Friday afternoon after denying a Trump administration request to delay it, in the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland father who was mistakenly deported to an El Salvador prison. U.S. District Court Judge Paula Xinis sternly questioned the Department of Justice lawyer in the hearing, asking directly for them to provide the location of Abrego Garcia.
