Katelynn A. Hipes, 22, is wanted on charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Hipes is accused in the slaying of Kevin S. Small. On Friday, Nelson County deputies responded to a private residence in the Shipman area of Nelson County for a report of an unresponsive man.
