According to a news release from the Ark City Police Department Wednesday, Cowley County Emergency Communications received multiple calls about a subject pointing a firearm at individuals at the stop light in the 2700 block of N. Summit Street at approximately 5:40 p.m. Sunday. The subject was reported as the driver of an older F-150 pickup with an Oklahoma tag.
