I used several class assignments to focus on climate, transportation, and equity. Some of my stories include a new Superfund site in Brooklyn, an explainer on micromobility, and the New York Public Library dropping late fees to improve accessibility. I developed proficiency in audio and photography. My final audio story involved reporting and editing on a popular video game tournament returning to Brooklyn. My climate work culminated in a written/photo story on climate change threatening rare trees in Woodlawn Cemetery.
