While pointing out the obvious may seem to be offensive to some, it is hard to deny that there is a major difference in the reaction of the non-Native community to the two disappearances. I did not know Serenity Dennard and did not know Larissa Lone Hill. Like most, the first time I heard both of their names were when they went missing.
