According to the press release, the fire occurred around 1:15 p.m. at 222 Chestnut Ridge Road. The one-story single-family dwelling is owned by Robert Green. The estimated loss is $120,000. There were reportedly no smoke alarms, fire alarms or sprinklers. The Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department was the primary responder, with 30 firefighters controlling the blaze in 25 minutes
