My mom has always cherished thoughtful crafts made by me (haha) and now the little ones, so every Mother’s Day, I rally the kids to create something from the heart. One of our favorite projects to date was a handmade planter for Grammy. This planter is decorated with each grandchild’s handprint, footprint, and colorful fingerprints.
