A drug dealer sold fentanyl disguised as cocaine: it led to eight overdose deaths in Kalamazoo County over the course of two days, plus 10 reported overdose in the city of Kalamazoo — and likely more that weren’t ever reported because someone administered an overdose reversal drug.
