Mohsen Mahdawi, 34, is a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. and has been a green card-holder for 10 years. He was handcuffed by masked federal agents Monday morning when he arrived for a scheduled citizenship interview at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services field office on Mountain View Drive in Colchester.
