Biography
I’m a long time wine industry professional (19 yrs), Direct-to-Consumer Marketing and eComm Specialist, and Nothern Californian (from Sonoma County). I've also spent quite a bit of my adult life living in Europe (primarily Spain and Italy) or back and forth between the West Coast (U.S.) and Europe. I spend my free time traveling to lesser-known and visited wine regions as well as areas with great food, beautiful nature or hiking spots and history. I co-lead a local hiking group in Sonoma/Marin County, am a volunteer ACA (American Cider Association) committee member, regular contributor to the North Bay Biz Mag, North Bay Business Journal, North Bay Bohemian, Wine Industry Advisor, Decanter Magazine, Edible Marin and Wine Country, Somm Journal, Fodor's Travel, sonomacounty.com, sonoma.com, and a few others. When I’m not working at my day job in online marketing and sales strategy consulting (for businesses in the artisan food, drink, lifestyle, and travel arena) or doing research for articles you can find me out on a hiking trail somewhere or with a good glass of wine in my hand somewhere with an ocean view.
