The group were on a tour of the area formerly known as Fraser Island about 2.30pm yesterday. All suffered minor lacerations to their legs. The trio were taken to an ambulance station at 5.54pm but chose not to go to hospital. A spokesperson for Queensland Ambulance said it was unclear why multiple dingoes bit the women.
