Thomas Yorke, 19, of Upware, near Ely, appeared at Suffolk Magistrates' Court yesterday. At the same court on January 31, he indicated he was guilty of two counts of causing serious injury to a male and a female through careless/inconsiderate driving. The charges relate to an incident on the A1101 in Mildenhall on September 7.
