It's hard to say no to your kids, to people you like. Honestly, it's even hard to say no to the people you may not be as fond of. As a leader, it's hard to say no to opportunities and to possibilities. It's hard to say no to just about anything. When you start out in leadership, there tend to be few opportunities, so it's easy to jump at whatever comes your way.
