A 2022 Ford F-550 Fluvanna County emergency vehicle was heading northbound on Rt. 15 when it was unable to avoid a 1998 Ford F-150 that had pulled into the intersection from Rt. 6.

All the charges are misdemeanors. County Attorney Daniel Whitten announced the arrest on Saturday, saying that True had turned himself in at the Fluvanna County Sheriff’s Office and was being held without bond at the Central Virginia Regional Jail. He is scheduled for arraignment on Tuesday (Jan. 14).
