The bats were hot the majority of the game for the Maroons putting the ball into play twelve times, and sending eleven of those home for a run. Jaxson Goodrich took starting pitching duties for the Lexington Minutemen. The Maroons capitalized on his performance on the mound, scoring ten runs to the tune of ten hits.
