NPR, KCRW, KPCC, Vice, Los Angeles Times, New York Times, Eater, and Whalebone Magazine. In 2020, Cesar was part of the team that won a James Beard Foundation Award for coverage of the intersection of food, politics, and criminal justice in LA’s historically underserved communities.
