According to the Great Miami Riverway, part of the recreation trail in front of the Dayton Masonic Center, 525 W. Riverview Ave., has been closed due to water damage suffered earlier this month. The Miami Conservancy District said that the flooding from April 3-12 was the 12th largest it had registered since 1922.
