The Kent property smelt so bad that one resident reported it to the police believing someone may have died inside. When cops arrived to the address earlier this year, they found the property had been left vacant. A 26-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of child neglect and animal cruelty. She received conditional bail and is expected to return on July 4.
