I have gone from being active — horse riding, hiking, camping — to having to conserve my energy so that I don’t burnout or end up in so much pain I’m admitted into hospital. Nobody really knows what causes Fibromyalgia. There are theories, with the latest being that it’s connected to trauma or illness occurring during childhood.
