Wendumba village in Ward 11, Mutare rural, was a part of the pilot phase of the community visioning process that led to the development of a community action plan (CAP) for Cluster 2. The cluster consists of four villages, namely, Irimayi, Musiringofa, Mushunje, and Wendumba.

"I just wanted to have children", she said. Her wish was fulfilled that same year as they welcomed their first daughter. However, at just 20 months, Sebina's daughter fell sick with an unknown illness and passed away, leaving her mother heartbroken.
