Dickerson was traveling east in a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox when the SUV left the roadway and hit a mailbox before traveling into a ditch. She denied any injuries and refused EMS transport. The vehicle was towed. She was cited for speeding. She was wearing a seat belt.

Gleason was traveling north in a 2021 Chevrolet Spark when he approached a left curve in the roadway but continued straight hitting the culvert on the east side of the road. The car then came to rest and the driver left the scene. He was cited for leaving the scene of an accident without notifying law enforcement.
