The Clinton County Board of Supervisors April 7 voted 3-0 to allow a partial release from a judgment against the city regarding the Lincolnway Railport. The release allows Super 8 Logistics, LLC to close on its more than $1.01 million purchase of 34.9 acres near where the new Atlas Roofing manufacturing plant is being constructed.
