The one-page order states the interim suspension is “for Threat of Harm filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, and the response thereto filed by respondent.”Haley declined to comment today, but he told WAFB he will have more to say when he learns more about the details tied to the suspension.

(WAFB) - The Hammond Police Department confirmed to the WAFB I-TEAM Friday that Brandon Ostarly, a Louisiana State Trooper (LSP), was issued a misdemeanor summons tied to a shoplifting investigation at Target on March 20th. Ostarly tendered his resignation earlier this week, according to a state official. The charge listed on the summons is theft by shoplifting, according to the Hammond Police Department.
